Looking for a special Afternoon Tea in London? How about a magical class with tea? Cutter & Squidge opened their “Potion Room Afternoon Tea” on the 3rd of May. You always wanted to know how to mix magical elixirs? Well, you have come to the right spot. Discover a world full of magic while enjoying your Afternoon Tea.

What exactly is the Potion Room Experience?

You will book into a magical class which lasts 2,5 hours and you will enjoy your Afternoon Tea during class.

Are there gluten-free or vegan options for this Afternoon Tea?

Special dietary requirements will be respected. While booking your spot you can decide whether you want the standard menu or a vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free variation.

What are the prices for the Potion Room class and Afternoon Tea?

A stardard ticket for £50 gets you the entry to the magical class and the food and drinks during the Afternoon Tea. They also offer VIP tickets for £80. You will get two additional alcoholic drinks freshly prepared at the magical bar and a premium goodie bag. I treated myself to the VIP ticket and it was good value for money. The goodie bag was great, the content, however, will stay a secret.

Where to find the Potion Room at Cutter & Squidge?

Your potion room class takes place at 20 Brewer Street, Soho, London, W1F 0SF. The tube stations Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square or Tottenham Court Road are closest.

When do the classes run?

Starting on the 3rd of May, Potion Room classes run three times a day, at noon, 3 pm and 6 pm.

How long does the Potion Room class run?

Afternoon Tea and magical class run for approximately 2,5 hours. Important: arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to the start of your class. Late runners might not be allowed to join the class. Just like at an ordinary school.

What else do I need to know?

Kids must be 8 years or older to participate.

The event has no connection to the Harry Potter movies or any other character by J.K.Rowling.

Where can I book my tickets?

Both stardard and VIP tickets can be booked online via the Cutter & Squidge homepage.
